This week marks the fourth week of my Slimming World journey, not much happened this week and I’ve been struggling a little so I haven’t done as well as I hoped but I still got a loss! I’ve been quite tired as I’ve got a cold, so one day I didn’t eat much at all. I’ve also been missing out on my healthy extras, I just haven’t been doing things 100%…
I’ve had a huge stash of samples, locked away in a drawer for months, I never use them! I’ve recently decided to dig through the samples that I have in the hopes of clearing out my sample drawer. I’m also hoping I can find some new products that I enjoy using and will repurchase full sizes of.
My third week of Slimming World went a lot better as I was able to stick 100% on plan and even treat myself to a takeaway. In the past, I never bothered checking syns in takeaway foods, this time I made the effort and it paid off.
This week really revolved around coffee and lots of it. I’ve been working on revamping my blog, relaunching and had a few busy days. I’ve enjoyed the flexibility of grabbing two Alpen Light bars and then using my HeA (250ml Semi-Skimmed milk) on coffee.
So, my second week of Slimming World went okay, I guess. I struggled this week, due to Rory’s 16-week vaccinations which meant we had a few sleepless nights! I don’t really have much to update on this week but I do have a little tip which I found interesting, so I will share that.
