So, my second week of Slimming World went okay, I guess. I struggled this week, due to Rory’s 16-week vaccinations which meant we had a few sleepless nights! I don’t really have much to update on this week but I do have a little tip which I found interesting, so I will share that.
If you’ve followed me for a while you know I did Slimming World last year, for a good few weeks, but then I found out I was pregnant and the cravings set in, so I ended up leaving the group and completely giving up. Now that Rory is 4 months old, I figured I’d start to get into healthier eating habits so that I can have more energy to play with him as he gets older, plus to support him eating healthy when it comes to weaning and once he’s older.
